  • Our doctors and nurses provide consultations from South Africa and Namibia under those countries’ regulations. If you’re elsewhere, your data may be processed in South Africa or Namibia.
  • We make sure any country it goes to follows strong privacy rules (like the EU or U.S.), or we add extra safeguards.

  • We keep your info while you’re in the programme and for 5 years after to follow laws or help if you come back.
  • After that, we delete it securely unless we’re legally required to keep it longer.
