DAY 39 | Tips to FIRE, today

  1. Complete your FIRE Map for today: Read, complete the form and do your planning.
  2. Do your exercises first thing in the morning.
  3. Take 3 deep breaths every hour. Breathe in…breathe out…
  4. Have fun! And at least one good belly laugh today… 
  5. Remember to drink at least 2½ litres of fluids every day (e.g. water, tea, rooibos, coffee).
  6. Get into the kitchen and enjoy today’s fabulous meals – hopefully with family and friends! Share your photos on our WhatsApp Group. Stick to the green list! Take your prescribed food as medicine! Don’t cheat!
  7. Implement the eating tips. Eat at a table, hold hands, say a prayer, think about your food’s journey to the plate, chew every bite carefully, avoid all distractions from the main business at hand, which is to have a good time with people you love.
