DAY 39 | Tips to FIRE, today
- Complete your FIRE Map for today: Read, complete the form and do your planning.
- Do your exercises first thing in the morning.
- Take 3 deep breaths every hour. Breathe in…breathe out…
- Have fun! And at least one good belly laugh today…
- Remember to drink at least 2½ litres of fluids every day (e.g. water, tea, rooibos, coffee).
- Get into the kitchen and enjoy today’s fabulous meals – hopefully with family and friends! Share your photos on our WhatsApp Group. Stick to the green list! Take your prescribed food as medicine! Don’t cheat!
- Implement the eating tips. Eat at a table, hold hands, say a prayer, think about your food’s journey to the plate, chew every bite carefully, avoid all distractions from the main business at hand, which is to have a good time with people you love.
