You need to set some time aside today tou00a0reflect on your progress over the past 52 Days. Go back to your worksheets of the Pre-training week, where you set your goals, allayed your fears, gathered a team around you and got out of the blocks. Then reflect on your progress as part of your daily uninterrupted quiet time. Make a few notes. Remember positive self-talk!
