DAY #6 | FISH, FEATHERS & FILLET: WHAT ARE PROTEINS AND WHY ARE THEY IMPORTANT?

Our theme for Day 6 is Fish, Feathers & Fillet – What are proteins and why are they important to FIRE Diabetes In 40 Days?

Plant sources of protein are not as well digested as animal sources of protein. Plant sources also come with significant amounts of carbs attached.  Animal sources of protein are preferred for weight loss and diabetes reversal.
