#4 | Your Tips to FIRE Diabetes Today

  1. Get into the kitchen and enjoy today’s fabulous meals – hopefully with family and friends! Share your photos on our Facebook GroupStick to the green list! Take your prescribed food as medicine! Don’t cheat!
  2. Remember to drink at least 2½ litres of fluids every day (e.g. water, tea, rooibos, coffee). 
  3. Are you taking your supplements? Remember that cinnamon, bicarb, Vit D and magnesium are your most important friends to FIRE Diabetes.
  4. Implement the eating tips. Eat at a table, hold hands, say a prayer, think about your food’s journey to the plate, chew every bite carefully, avoid all distractions from the main business at hand, which is to have a good time with people you love.
