Name: Pilchard Bobotie with Tomato & Onion Salad
Ingredients: 2 tins Pilchards, (in chili); 2 Onions, (thinly sliced); 2 Carrots, (grated); 2 cloves Garlic, (crushed); 1 tsp Curry powder; 1 Egg, (lightly beaten); 2 Eggs; 1/2 cup Milk; 6 leaves Bay Leaves, (or lemon leaves); 1/2 Onion; 30 ml White wine vinegar; 4 Tomatoes; 3 tbsp Coriander, (fresh and roughly chopped); 90 ml Extra virgin olive oil; Salt and pepper
