Take a moment to dive into the list of false thought patterns that may be hindering your success in the incredible mission to FIRE diabetes in 40 Days. Take it seriously, and review it again. Identify the false thought patterns that resonate with you.

Is it absolutely vital for you to receive love, acceptance, and respect from those who matter in your life? The absence of these can be truly disheartening. However, let’s challenge this irrational view that stems from the fear of rejection or disapproval from others. Remember, it is far more important to accept yourself. I know it can be tremendously difficult at times, as self-rejection often stands as one of our greatest challenges. But let us approach self-acceptance with kindness and compassion, while firmly rejecting any negativity.

Do you find yourself trapped in the false belief that you must be entirely flawless, capable, and successful in order to feel valuable? This thought reflects a fear of failure, where any hint of imperfection renders you inferior and unworthy as a person. Please be gentle with yourself. It is time for a new season of self-forgiveness, embracing each day as an opportunity for a fresh start.

Now, take a moment to revisit the yesterday’s Worksheet and engage in deep reflection. Every night before you retire to bed, for the next week, evaluate the false thought patterns and mistakes that resurface throughout the day. Confront these thoughts and fears with unwavering determination, reminding them unequivocally of their falsehood. Empower yourself by replacing them with thoughts that encourage and uplift you on your remarkable journey to FIRE Diabetes in 40 Days.

Once you have completed the Worksheet, it is essential to share your action plan with someone you trust. Share your strategies to build belief, certainty, and resilience, ensuring that failures and fears do not derail you from your path. Your commitment to change and growth is powerful.

During our initial pre-training sessions, we knocked down the biggest domino of all: the belief that insulin resistance and diabetes can indeed be reversed. We also debunked false facts and myths surrounding Type 2 diabetes, such as insulin resistance, calorie counting, fat, exercise, and cholesterol. Over the next 40 days, we will embark on an incredible journey together, exploring the latest scientific advancements in these areas.

Yesterday and today, we confront the inner voices of failure and fear head-on. We refuse to let our past define us as we boldly face the future. Tomorrow, another domino will fall, bringing us closer to success on this transformative journey. But for now, let’s keep our focus on the present.

Stay motivated and determined as you watch yesterday’s video again and continue completing the Worksheet.
