FAREWELL: FIX YOUR EYES ON THE FUTURE

Are you ready to FIRE Diabetes In 40 Days? Yes, you are!

On Day 1 of our pre-training the Big Domino Fell, namely you now believe that diabetes and insulin resistance can be reversed.

Those nagging inner dominos fell, the false facts and myths we were made to believe over the past 50 years, not to speak about those inner voices of doubt and negative prophecies of fear and failure. You’ve dealt with those decisively and put plans in place to replace it with positive thoughts of encouragement.

The external domino also fell – all those excuses from the outside – of people and things that will prevent you from reversing your diabetes. By now you’ve gathered a strong support team – your Uppers – and you have strategies in place to duck and dive the Downers over the next 40 Days.

You have all the practical things in place to start the journey tomorrow to FIRE Diabetes In 40 Days:

  1. You’ve bought the groceries.
  2. You’ve flung out false food friends.
  3. You’ve implemented valuable eating tips.
  4. You’ve discussed with your doctor how to reduce or stop certain diabetic drugs, starting tomorrow – and you got your baseline bloods drawn.
  5. You’ve bought your recommended supplements.
  6. You’ve focused your mind!
  7. You have all the equipment and plans in place.

We’ve flipped the toss. Tomorrow morning you will run onto the field with the other FIRE Diabetes participants.

Are you excited? Sure! 
Are you nervous? Sure!
Will you be victorious? We have no doubt whatsoever!

  6. Encourage yourself – and have a look at the messages of encouragement from previous participants. 
  7. Add information towards building your very own health record. It is very important that you contribute information every day.
  8. Implement the eating tips. Eat at a table, hold hands, say a prayer, think about your food’s journey to the plate, chew every bite carefully, avoid all distractions from the main business at hand, which is to have a good time with people you love.
