FIX IT: Fill Your Pantry

Are you on track to tick all the boxes on the checklist we provided you on Friday?

Remember, you have to tick all those boxes by this coming Friday. Today’s the day!

Today is the day to fill your pantry with FIRE Diabetes-friendly food from the Green List. 

HERE IS YOUR FIRE AWAY TO-DO LIST FOR TODAY:

  1. Watch today’s video (below). 
  2. …(Or listen to the podcast on Soundcloud. Nothing to FIRE the traffic, like our daily podcasts).
  3. Do your shopping for Week 1 (starting this coming Saturday). Remember that our shopping lists and recipes cater for a family of four, so you may need to adjust your quantities accordingly. Below is the Meal Plan for Week 1 again.
  4. Add information towards building your very own health record. It is very important that you contribute information every day. 
  5. Implement the eating tips. Eat at a table, hold hands, say a prayer, think about your food’s journey to the plate, chew every bite carefully, avoid all distractions from the main business at hand, which is to have a good time with people you love.
  6. Ask a question to the FIRE Diabetes team or leave a comment.
