Implement the eating tips. Eat at a table, hold hands, say a prayer, think about your food’s journey to the plate, chew every bite carefully, avoid all distractions from the main business at hand, which is to have a good time with people you love.
Remember to drink at least 2½ litres of fluids every day (e.g. water, tea, rooibos, coffee).
Get 7-8 hours of sleep each night. Good sleep leads to lower cortisol levels, which leads to lower stress perception and better fat adaptation.
