Your healing actions for today

1.Take your prescribed food as medicine!

Get into the kitchen and enjoy today’s fabulous meals – hopefully with family and friends! Stick to the green list!

2. Add more fats to your diet:

Try unflavoured MCT oil to boost energy—take 15ml up to 3 times daily, either straight or mixed into food, smoothies, or a hot drink. 

3. Remember your supplements!

FIRE Power & FIRE Drops provide magnesium, vitamin D, and key micronutrients to help fight insulin resistance and inflammation. Stay on top of your salt and cinnamon intake too!

4. Hydrate Properly:

Stay hydrated by drinking 2½–3 litres of fluids throughout the day. Choose water, tea, rooibos, or coffee as your preferred options. To meet your daily sodium requirements, add ½ teaspoon of rock salt per litre of water you consume.

5. Aim for 7 hours of sleep nightly:

Good sleep reduces cortisol, which lowers stress, insulin levels, and improves fat adaptation.
