#13 | Your Tips To FIRE Diabetes Today

#13 | YOUR TIPS TO FIRE DIABETES, TODAY:

  1. Remember to drink at least 2½ litres of fluids every day (e.g. water, tea, rooibos, coffee).
  2. Spend at least 15 minutes every day in uninterrupted prayer or meditation.
  3. Add more fats to your diet. Consider taking 15ml MCT oil (or powder) once or twice a day. It is lovely on a salad.
