#10 |YOUR TIPS TO FIRE DIABETES, TODAY:

  1. Spend at least 15 minutes every day in uninterrupted prayer or meditation.
  2. Add more fats to your diet. Consider taking 15ml MCT oil (or powder) once or twice a day. It is lovely on a salad.
  3. Get 7-8 hours of sleep each night. Good sleep leads to lower cortisol levels, which leads to lower stress perception and better fat adaptation.
