#1 | Your Tips To FIRE Diabetes Today

YOUR TIPS TO FIRE DIABETESTODAY:

  1. Get into the kitchen and enjoy today’s fabulous meals – hopefully with family and friends! Share your photos on our Facebook Group. Stick to the green list! Take your prescribed food as medicine! Don’t cheat!
  2. Remember to drink at least 2½ litres of fluids every day (e.g. water, tea, rooibos, coffee). 
  3. Are you taking your supplements? Remember that cinnamon, bicarb, Vit D and magnesium are your most important friends to FIRE Diabetes.
  4. Implement the eating tips. Eat at a table, hold hands, say a prayer, think about your food’s journey to the plate, chew every bite carefully, avoid all distractions from the main business at hand, which is to have a good time with people you love.
