Hallo,

I am Joan Botha, from Bethal. Seen a friend get huge benefits from this program.

I am obese and weighing the most I have ever weighed. I am addicted to sugar and also an emotional eater. With kids far away it sometimes feel that it makes it more difficult.

I have lost and gained weight over the past 30 years. I need to reset and take back my health and life. I know a lot of the changes are in my head but also to stay determined to see this through.

I am looking forward to this journey with all involved.
