I’m a 56 year old mother of 4. My eldest son developed diabetes 1 out of nowhere earlier this year. It was a huge wake-up call to all of us. He is on this Fire program since and it inspired me as well.

I decided to join mainly to get my husband off his statins and blood pressure meds and for me to take better control if my health, weight and fatigue. 🤞🏽
