I am Bev McAfee an alumni from the Fire course of 12 Feb 2023. I have had wonderful results but have been travelling for 2 months overseas to visit family. Unfortunately have fallen foul of the no-carbs rule so am re-registering for a refresher to keep me on track. My sister has also seen the amazing results and we will do this course together and support one another.
