Hi everyone, my name is Thandy Mkhambi. I am 42, recently divorced with three children aged 20, 15 and 13. I am a “return soldier” to the Fire programme, having completed the first course in 2021.
I had great success with the first round and I’ve come back to finish what I started in terms of weight goals, mental health and overall wellbeing.
I don’t have diabetes but have other chronic conditions.
I am looking forward to journeying with you and being “free of disease, drugs and despair.”
