Tired of trying every trick known to man to loose weight which has dire consequences physically and mentally on the body.
Personal opinion is that I’m cinvinced it’s related to boxes and piles of medication to stay alive – perhaps slowly killing me.
As a younger person, used to be active, sports oriented and full of life, now a little older I need a new beginning, which I believe this will bring.
