I’m Tracy. 58 yrs old . Type 2 diabetic . Overweight and on too many meds for my liking.
I would like to reverse type 2 and get off meds. I would also like to lose weight and regain some confidence( embarrassed of my weight) … and energy to keep up with my active husband and 4 grandsons . I would also like to eat in a healthier way . I’m addicted to sugar and fear this is something I will not overcome ! So… hoping to get the help here 🙂
